With the new cover design, it is very easy to load a profile on the machine and with the excellent CADCAM software, it is very user-friendly for the operator to adapt to the machine.
Our advanced machines have the highest possible technology around the world for the processing of aluminum and now Steel profiles. JANSEN and similar architectural steel profiles are easily processed for the window and door industry.
Product Properties
It is a CNC profile machining center with compact design Cabinet moving on X-Y-Z-A axes. The spindle unit is positioned and machining independently at any temperature from 0 to 180 degrees. This is the fourth axis feature. It can process all kinds of profiles such as PVC, iron, steel, copper, especially aluminum.
Different types of milling bits are used according to the hardness of the alloy it processes.
It works freely on aluminum profiles with its fast milling head moving on the steel body equipped with CNC control unit and servo motor and 7-position tool changing magazine. The CADCAM software is a customized tool for “ino machinery” profile machining centers. The pneumatic reference point at the head of the machine is automatically removed and determines the zero point of the profiles.Profile clamping pneumatic clamps are offered as standard in the machine in 6 pieces.
The locations of the clamps can be determined from the profile processing software screen, as well as the vise system with automatic positioning offered as an option, and the clamps can be positioned by the processing bridge.
The protection cover in front of the cab closes while the profiles are processed, and when the process is finished, it opens automatically and informs the operator.
Profile Machining Software
It works with customized software to process profiles.
Thanks to the Profile Processing Software, dxf drawings of the profiles to be processed are imported by the operator and displayed in 3D on the screen, the size of the profile to be processed is entered, each hole or slot or free shape is recorded as a macro, then these macros are introduced as operations to be performed on the profile; macros are selected and placed on the profile.
In case of the same operations in different profiles, the software parametrically places the same operations on profiles of different sizes and sizes, prepares the machining program by making all the calculations itself and can show these operations from the simulation screen. The machining programs performed are listed, profile orientation, 3D image, height, transactions, customer information, etc. all appear in this list. The operator starts the machine by selecting the next operation from the list.
The profile processing software has been designed and developed in such a way that minimal work remains for the operator. Not only with the operator at the machine, but also in order to speed up the work, the office program is used in the office when it is desired to prepare a program for the machine.
In the office version, the technician working in the office can easily prepare the processes as if he is next to the machine and see them on the simulation screen, not only by preparing the processing programs, but also by preparing an optimized cutting list according to the cutting lengths of the profiles to be processed and exporting information to the cutting machine. The barcode is removed from the cutting machine, and the machining center operator processes the profile by scanning this barcode to the machining center. Optionally, Orgadata prepares machining programs on machines by importing information from Schücal ReynaPRO and similar manufacturing software.
By obtaining additional licenses for different machines within the enterprise, these processing programs can be operated and shared on other machines regardless of their brands.
Machining Dimensions
The profile processing length is 4,200 mm, with the help of the second strut it can process profiles up to 8.0 meters. Profile processing dimensions are 230 mm. X 235 mm above and behind the profile. With the additional equipment of the optional “Extended Profile Compression Pistons”, this size can be expanded up to 350 mm. X 235 mm; When it is desired to process the profile from the top, back and front, it is 155 mm.X235 mm. Within these dimensions, it can process profiles up to the widest profiles, including panel systems, in industrial profiles or aluminum door-window and façade productions that appeal to all kinds of automotive, aviation, furniture sectors.
Main Body
Welded steel frame normalized by heat treatment.
The main body of the machine is machined in the 5-Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
The entire body is painted with electrostatic powder paint. Mostly all mechanical parts are machined in our own cnc machining centers or machined on cast material.
During the design process, our design team prioritizes the ease of use and ergonomics of the operators’ machines.
In the mechanical structure, not only steel and aluminum are used; at the same time, fiberglass casting parts are also used to reduce the weight of the processing bridge and give the machine a more aesthetic appearance.
Spindles
The standard air cooling spindle has a power of 7,5 kW 24.000 rpm ISO 30 tooling and an automatic tool changer magazine of 7 positions. Thanks to the frequency inverter, it is possible to adjust the rpm between 0 to 24.000. Optionally a liquid cooling spindle with 10,0 kW 24.000 rpm HSK F-63 tooling is also possible.
Tool Changer Magazine
It is a 7-way “Linear Type” magazine located on the head of the machine. The tools are positioned side by side. 6 milling tools and one disc milling can be connected. The top of the magazine is sealed with a protective cover, made from pneumatic moving fiber material. The role of this cover is to protect the tools from swarf. Thanks to the plex-coated cover just behind the magazine, it is easy to reach the tools and replace the clamps and tips attached to them. Optionally, the 13 magazine can be preferred, with 12 trimming tools and one disc trimming.
Electrical Box and Controller Terminal
The electrical panel is integrated on the machine.
It is forced fan cooled as standard, and can optionally be cooled by rug assembly for hot climates.
The control terminal is also connected to the machine by a telescopic arm that can be turned left and right and rotated 180 degrees on its axis.
The control terminal is ergonomically located next to the electrical panel. On the control terminal, there is an Industrial PC display, machine on/off button, buttons that move axes +/- , potentiometer buttons that manage machine progress rate, as well as keyboard and mouse.
